CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Should you wish to cancel or amend an order, please contact our customer services department at the earliest opportunity. 

Please be advised we cannot guarantee an order can be cancelled or amended once processing has begun. 

Once an order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel or amend your order.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET

If your order has not arrived by the data expected. Please check the following points.

Have you received your order confirmation?

Have you received your tracking details from your chosen courier? These details will be sent to you after your order has been shipped.

Please ensure your delivery and contact details were correct at the time of ordering. You can check these in your confirmation email. 

If your delivery has been unsuccessful our courier will contact you via email or text message.

If you are still unable to locate your parcel, please contact our customer services department with your order number. 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Free delivery on all orders over £100.

UK Domestic - £3.99 via Evri Domestic Standard (2-3 Days).

UK Domestic Express - £5.99 via Evri Domestic Express (1-2 Days).

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday to Sunday will be delivered Tuesday.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Your order will be confirmed only when you have received your order confirmation. We will send you the relevant order confirmation once your order has been confirmed and payment has processed. 

The mail will contain a confirmation and summary of your order, including: product description, total pricing, and delivery details. 

If you have not received your order confirmation please contact a member of our customer services department.

RETURNS

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

To return an item you can do so by visiting our returns centre HERE. You must do so within 14 days of receiving your order to be entitled to an exchange or refund.  

All returned items must be unworn and in perfect re-sellable condition. 

We are not responsible for any damage to returned items until they have been received. 

Once your items have been received, we will verify the condition of the items before accepting your return and authorising the refund. 

The refund will be issued directly to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Once your refund has been authorised, we will send you a confirmation email.

Your account should be credited within a maximum of 30 days from the date of refund.

CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT FOR A DIFFERENT PRODUCT OR SIZE?

To exchange an item you can do so by visiting our returns centre HERE

Items can be exchanged to different sizes in the same product.

Please note, we do not offer exchanges for different products.

KLARNA PAYMENTS

Order now and pay up to 30 days later using Klarna. 

To use Klarna, please select Klarna as your payment method at checkout.  

Klarna allows you to pay 30 days after your order has been shipped.
 
To be eligible to use Klarna, you must be - 

 - At least 18 years old.

 - Have a UK bank account.

 - Have a UK residential address.

We would advise to purchase your usual size so the product fits true to design.
